A relational philosophy that rejects fixed hierarchies and rules between relationship types.

Relationship anarchists treat each relationship — romantic, sexual, platonic — on its own terms, designed by the people inside it rather than imposed from outside. The phrase was coined by Andie Nordgren in 2006.
